30-Day Return Request Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us first at glamveedesigns@gmail.com with:

We will then send you return instructions.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed or unworn

It should be in original packaging (if applicable)

You must provide proof of purchase or order number
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Personalised & Custom Products
Because our products are custom embroidered and made specifically for you, personalised or custom items cannot be returned for change of mind (e.g., you changed your mind about the design) unless the item is:

Faulty

Incorrect (not what you ordered based on the photo or details you provided)
This ensures fairness — personalised goods have limited resell value.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with photos. Once we confirm the issue, you will be offered one of the following:

A replacement

A full refund
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

We’ll notify you by email about approval

If approved, we will refund the full amount paid (excluding upgraded shipping costs you chose)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval

Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process the refund
Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect

We will provide return shipping instructions once your request is approved

We do not issue refunds for return postage unless the return is due to fault
EU Consumer Rights
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights allowing cancellation within 14 days of receipt, with another 14 days to return the goods at your cost, provided the items are unused and in original condition. These statutory rights will be honoured unless goods are personalised and made to order.
