Order Processing Time
As all of our products are Made to order, personalised and custom-made for each customer, we aim to ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase. This is typically our average processing time (which includes making and shipping the order, but does not account for shipping transit time). However, during busy periods, holidays, or times of high order volume, it can take up to 5-10days for your order to ship. By placing an order, you agree to this timeframe. Please plan accordingly and order well in advance for special occasions.
UK SHIPPING
Once your order is ready to ship, we send it via Evri or Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery . You’ll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to track your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International deliveries usually take 7-12 working days after dispatch (this does not include order processing time). Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and any potential customs delays. International parcels are sent via Royal Mail, and you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note: some countries may not offer full tracking services.
Once your parcel is with the postal service, it is your responsibility to monitor your tracking details and follow up on any special instructions.
Customs and Import Fees
Customs/import fees are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country's government and are not related to us.
Wrong Address, Unclaimed Parcels & Lost Packages
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, you may need to arrange parcel collection or a re-delivery. Tracking will provide more information. If the parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We ship to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is given and the package is lost, we cannot be held responsible. Any parcels returned due to an incorrect address will require you to cover the reshipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or customs clearance. Once the parcel leaves us, it is beyond our control.

Order Specifications
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to your specifications. Please double-check your size, customization requests, and any other details before confirming your order to avoid mistakes.
Colour Disclaimer
Due to variations in screen resolutions on different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop), colors may appear differently than they do in real life. This includes thread shades and garment colors, which may vary slightly due to dye lots or materials used. We cannot guarantee an exact color match between what you see online and what you receive.
Faulty Orders
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send a photo of the issue to glamveedesigns@gmail.com with the subject “Faulty” and include your order number.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all items are custom-made or personalized based on your requirements. Please carefully review your order details and use the provided sizing guide to ensure your selection is correct before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations or returns once the order is placed.
